Ysgol - sleeps 6/7

Ysgol is a good sized semi-detached house to Sleep 6/7.

The cottage has been recently modernised with the disabled in mind and the ground floor is level throughout with no steps.

Ysgol has 3 bedrooms – on the ground floor 1 double and 1 twin with a large en-suite shower room/toilet. Upstairs is a family room to sleep 2/3 with 1 king-sized bed and a studio couch, and an en-suite shower room/loo. This bedroom has a small balcony with a table and a couple of chairs where you enjoy the views across the trees and the sea.

Downstairs, on the level ground floor there is large, modern kitchen/diner with a refectory table to seat up to 8, and a sunny lounge which opens out onto the front patio with its sea views, table and barbeque.

Ysgol (means “school” in Welsh).

Entrance

The main entrance is via a porch which gives level access from the car park and patio; the porch has hooks for your coats and a bench to take off your trainers and wellies.

Kitchen / Diner

The entrance leads through to the newly built Kitchen/Diner – this has a level floor, it is light and airy with a high open ceiling and plenty of windows so that you can watch the birds. There is a local craftsman made cedar wood refectory table to seat eight; the kitchen is fully equipped with a built in electric oven, a microwave oven, a gas hob, dishwasher and a fridge freezer; and the work tops are marble and welsh slate.

The open plan access from the kitchen leads to the Lounge Area; this has a wood burning stove, plenty of comfy seating, a TV, and a sliding door access to the main West facing patio (just right for afternoon tea and cakes in the sun).

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 – is on the ground floor, it has twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space.
Leading from the bedroom is a fully accessible, well heated bathroom with a large walk in shower and ‘high level’ WC.

Bedroom 2 – also on the ground floor has a double bed, a wash basin, and a built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 – upstairs is a large “family” room with a double bed, a studio couch, some easy chairs, a TV, and a small balcony to give you a view of the sea and en suite shower WC,

Bathroom – on the ground floor with a bath, shower and WC.

Outside

Outside there is a small west facing patio. This property welcomes dogs, however there is not an enclosed garden.

Adjacent to Ysgol is one of our other properties, Mor. They share parking and the small laundry area with washing machines, a dryer and space to store your beach kit.
