Dolphin Cottage - sleeps 6

Dolphin Cottage is a pretty pink cottage to Sleep 6 with views across Cardigan Bay.

The Holiday Cottage is fully accessible for the disabled, with an internal floor that is level throughout.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and one bunked; and an accessible bath room plus another WC.

The rest of the cottage is open plan with a well equipped kitchen/diner and a family dining table to seat 6 in comfort.

The lounge has extensive views across Cardigan Bay, and there is a sliding door giving access to a decked patio.

Outside, the patio extends to the side of the cottage and to the barbeque.

Dolphin Cottage has a gently sloping paved access from your car to the front door. There is full central heating and the house is all on one level and to meet Access Grade 2 for wheelchair users.

Off the entrance hall there is a WC and a washing machine.

Kitchen/Dining Area

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven as well as an electric oven and hob, a good sized freezer and fridge, a dishwasher, and when doing the washing up you can look up and see the view across Cardigan Bay.

In the Dining Area there is farmhouse style dining table with old settle down one side and pine chairs down the other and a small TV.

Lounge Area

The lounge has French windows opening on to a decked area. There’s a wood burning stove for when the evenings get chilly, enough chairs and settees for everyone to watch the TV.

Bedrooms and Bathroom

Bedroom 1 – this is the ‘master’ bedroom, it has a double bed plus the usual furniture, with good views over the bay.

Bedroom 2 – this is comfortably sized twin bedded room with built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 – this is essentially a children’s room with bunk beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, and a couple of chairs.

The Bathroom – has a ‘walk in’ shower plus wash basin and WC.

Outside

Outside there is an enclosed garden and decked area which overlooks the sea and adjoining the cottage there is a outside shower with hot and cold water.

Parking for 2 cars, and a shed for storing your beach stuff.
