Ty Broc is a split-level house that can sleep 8
It has 4 bedrooms; 1 king with en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk room and 1 family bathroom with a bath and a large shower.
Lower Ground Floor
Downstairs from the kitchen on the lower ground floor there are three bedrooms and a large family bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds, a wash basin and a TV.
Bedroom 2 is essentially a children’s room and has full size bunk beds.
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed, a wash basin and a TV (it also has a decent sea view through the picture windows but it’s a bit public when the postie drives by so most people keep the curtains drawn!).
Upper Floor
Up the open staircase from the kitchen to the upper floor is the lounge with excellent views across the bay and coastline. It has an extendible oval table to seat 8/10, an old farmhouse settle, plenty of chairs and two settees, a book case, a and TV.
The Master Bedroom is reached via the lounge; it has a King sized bed and an en- suite shower. The views from the bedroom windows are excellent.
Outside
Outside on the south facing kitchen patio there are tables and benches, a barbeque and a decent sized enclosed lawn for you and your kids and dogs to play on.
There is a shed to store your beach stuff.
