Ty Broc
	Ty Broc is a spilt level house to sleep eight. The views across Cardigan Bay to the Lleyn Peninsula are spectacular and you can sit and watch the dolphins in the bay even more clearly than from the beach just below the house. Ty Broc lounge is upstairs to make the most of the excellent views of the bay, it has a wood burning stove making winter breaks a popular option. The kitchen/diner [left] has french windows onto a patio.
Off the lounge is the master bedroom with ensuite shower & wc.
	Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one of which is bunk-bedded, and a large family bathroom. The entrance lobby has an adjoining toilet. Outside hot and cold showers are provided.
Most of the flooring is oak or Welsh slate, equipment includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, TV, digi-box and video. Prices: £ 400 - £ 1,050 per week - these prices include all bed linen (but not towels) and heat/light etc. Oil-fired central heating makes this an ideal place to stay all year round.
