There are a huge selection of beaches in West Wales which can be used for Boat Trips, Canoeing, Sailing, Wind Surfing, Kite Surfing, Power Kiting, Swimming and Fishing. Beaches Include Cwmtydu, Llangrannog, Penbryn, Tresaith, Aberporth, Mwnt, Poppit, Ceibwr Bay, Newport Sands, Newport Parrog

Walking in West Wales

Walking is probably the most popular activity in West Wales due to the Ceredigion coastal path, which now strethes from Borth in the north to Cardigan in the south, passing through Aberporth at one of the most recent stretches. The opportunity to explore the coast - with care - increases the chances of watching dolphins, seals and sea birds undisturbed. There are dozens of inland walks around Aberporth and Cardigan Bay that are well worth a look.

Cenarth Falls

The Teifi River is another great place for Water Sports. Competitions are held at Cenarth Falls and it's possible to Canoe from Llechryd through Cardigan to Poppit Beach

There's is a popular Theatre in Cardigan called Theatr Mwldan which has a constant stream of Art, Film and Theatre. Performances are also held in St Dogmaels Cathedral during the summer months.
